Online registration procedures have been eased by the service providers these days. This had, of course, left behind automated phone systems. For an instance, if you need to enroll for a new auto loan in a snap you can get started with the procedure at the website of the loan provider.
Once you go to the website of the Capital One Auto (capitalone.com) you will be required to go ahead with the procedure by entering the Social Security Number, date of birth or the last 6 digits of VIN. After completing the required fields you will be asked to read and agree to the banking Terms and Conditions before click on the “Continue” button found at the bottom.

- Payments are accepted via money order or check (cashier and personal) in addition to online
- Principal-only payments can be made at the Capital One 360 portal under the Payments tab
- Documents related to the Capital One Auto Enroll service can be faxed to 866-722-0410
The number if days between the payments must be recast after making a late payment or getting a loan extension. If you are an existing customer of the Capital One then you can navigate to the auto-enroll portal of the Capital One and tap on the ‘Sign in’ button and type in the username and password.
If you have any technical issue you need to call on 800-946-0332 between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM ET Monday through Friday.
