Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey:

Loblaws invites the customers to share their experience based on their recent shopping at one of their stores through the Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback provided in this survey will be used to improve and make your experience better. Plus, as an appreciation of participating in the survey, you will be given a chance to enter the Loblaws drawing contest to win a $1000 PC Gift Card or 1 million PC Optimum Points.

Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest Prize:

A $1000.00 PC Gift Card and One million (1,000,000) PC Optimum Points

2 potential winners will be selected per Monthly Drawing Entry Period. The potential winners will have the opportunity to select their prize between the above two.

A total of 24 prizes will be available to win during the entire 12-month contest period. The approximate retail value of each prize is $1000. The total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined is $24000 (12 months × $2000)

Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest Terms & Conditions:

To qualify for the Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, you must maintain the following eligibility requirements.

  • You must be the legal residents of Canada and have reached the age of majority within your residing province or territory as of the Contest Closing Date.
  • Visit a participating Loblaws location most recently and Make an eligible purchase.
  • Have a valid store receipt or a survey invitation issued in that shopping or within the last 7 days.
  • You must complete the Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey within time. After that, the link to the survey provided on your receipt may not function properly.


  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of the survey sponsor, and administrator of the drawing contest cannot join. Also, the immediate family or household members of those persons are ineligible to enter the program.

Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest Entry:

Completion of the Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey is the only way to participate in the Sweepstakes. for the survey, you can choose Online or by Phone based on your preference and convenience.

Online Survey

  • Go to the Loblaws customer survey site printed on your receipt or access www.storeopinion.ca
  • Enter the 19 to 21-digit code located on the bottom of your Loblaws receipt in the field as shown on the example receipt image on the left.
  • For having trouble finding or entering the code, click on the respective link provided below the entry field. A guide will pop up to help you out.


  • If you do not have the receipt with you, check the “Don’t have receipt” checkbox.
  • You will be directed to another web page to select the Loblaws store for which you wish to leave your feedback.
  • Click on the red arrow link to continue the survey.
  • Respond to all the survey questions based on your most recent Loblaws experience.
  • Fill out the mandatory fields with the necessary information including your full name, email address, province, and telephone number.

Once you are done, you will receive an automatic entry to the applicable monthly entry period.

Phone Survey

Besides online, if you want, you can take the Loblaws Customer Satisfaction Survey over the telephone. To accomplish the survey by phone and enter the Monthly Sweepstakes, you can call 1-800-531-2928 or the number given on your survey invitation. Then, follow the prompts and complete the process via Interactive Voice Response or IVR.

A Few Important Notes on Loblaws Survey and Sweepstakes

  • Entries must be received no later than the end of the contest period regardless of method of entry.
  • Contest Entries are unlimited and only valid for the Monthly Draw in which they are received.
  • The chances of being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received.
